HL9611 is 100-V three half-bridge gate drivers, capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. The HL9611 generates the correct gate drive voltages using an integrated bootstrap diode and external capacitor for the high-side MOSFETs. The Gate Drive architecture supports peak up to 1.0-A source and 1.8-A sink currents. Built-in dead time protection and shoot-through protection prevent damage to the half-bridge. The UVLO circuit prevent malfunction when VCC and VBS are lower than the specified threshold voltage.
