The PS8750V addresses requirements for the implementation of a USB Type-C connector on a USB host device that supports the VESA ® DisplayPort Alt Mode Standard. It includes the configuration switching for all of the USB Type-C connection signals and a USB PD Controller for management of the USB Type-C interface functions. The PS8750V is designed for automotive applications with an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
